The Altai yard dogs have beautiful wolf faces. The thing is that people in the Altai prefer to have huskies or dogs of the breeds close to them.

Dogs aren't chained here. They are smart enough not to run away from their territory.

Dog breeds get mixed together, but it does not bring damage to them. Local mongrels inherit the endurance of a laika and a genetic resistance to Siberian cold.

Besides that, dogs barely bark at people here - there are simply no reasons. Everyone here knows each other. More often dogs would chase lost cows and horses and scare away bears.
